We are so proud of the service and backup that we provide that we created our own service company dedicated to the provision of customer care that is second to none.
Our reputation and customer service record means that we not only look after our own equipment, we look after all makes and models of battery change equipment. So even if you don’t presently use Powerlogic equipment we will be very happy to offer our service, and you can be assured of our expertise across all types and makes.
Our preventive maintenance programs offer inspections and services that will keep your batteries in top condition and your changing equipment running smoothly and reliably.

Battery Transfer Car Service and Breakdown
Have the transfer car serviced four times per year and add on out of hours coverage from 7.00am to 10.00pm seven days a week (excludes Christmas Day).

Battery Transfer Car Operator Training
As part of our service, we can offer the facility to train operators or carry our refresh training using our in house accredited trainer. We understand that staff move on and that sometimes re-training of new staff is a requirement. All to IITSAR accreditation.
Ventilation Contract
Stay one step in front of the Health and Safety requirements. Be satisfied that the ventilation system installed from new is running to its operational specification and have yearly examinations carried out prior to your annual insurance inspection.
Full Maintenance & Service Contracts
Our maintenance contract includes four services per year to ensure that your transfer car is fully maintained and running efficiently.
Ventilation Checks
Sometimes your insurer will request confirmation that any installed ventilation systems are working correctly. Our engineers can do this for you and you will stay one step ahead of the Health & Safety requirements.
